One review covers a PDF up to 25 pages or one supported image, with a 5 MiB maximum; images are additionally limited to 10,000 pixels per side and 40 megapixels. There is no subscription, account, seat charge, or stored document library; the normalized result, including any Deep Review+ corroboration appendix, is kept for up to 24 hours only for delivery recovery.
Output is decision support. It is not a fraud verdict, not issuer authentication, and not a consumer report.
Institution-typed names, printed business addresses, or domains may leave Ocolta for the bounded research pass; the document itself does not. Safeguards exclude person-typed fields and sensitive patterns, but automated classification can be wrong, so minimize personal data. A “not found” result is inconclusive.

What are the caps, and what happens if a paid review fails?
Scan: 15 MiB. Paid: 5 MiB, 25 PDF pages, images up to 10,000 pixels per side and 40 megapixels, and 5,000 output tokens. OpenRouter does not provide an exact input-token preflight. The first technical failure allows one manual retry; a second failed started attempt exhausts access and requires purchase support. A completed, unable-to-determine, or safety-refused result uses the credit. No API today.
