Public tools and pay-per-use workspace

The standalone public website and document review workspace do not require or create a customer account. A purchased AI Deep Review is an access right for one supported document and one report, subject to the limits presented at checkout and in these terms. Access is bound to secure cookies in the purchasing browser and is not transferred to another device; clearing Ocolta site cookies can remove access. Contact purchase support with the Stripe receipt if paid access is missing, without emailing the document.

Authorized files and uploads

You may use Ocolta only with files and information you are legally authorized to review. By submitting a file to AI Deep Review, you represent that you have the rights, notices, permissions, and other authority needed to send it through Ocolta, OpenRouter, and a policy-eligible downstream model endpoint. Do not upload a file when your agreement, policy, or applicable law prohibits that external processing or requires a processor, region, or retention promise Ocolta has not confirmed in writing.

You are responsible for your review policies, notices, permissions, decisions, recordkeeping, and compliance with laws that apply to housing, lending, employment, consumer reports, privacy, and discrimination.

Your processing choice

Integrity Scan processes the selected file on-device. AI Deep Review is separate and requires explicit consent before upload. Its processing and retention limits are described in the privacy notice. Choosing the local scanner does not authorize an AI upload, and using one workflow does not require using the other.

Decision support—not a verdict

Ocolta reports supported file observations, arithmetic relationships, and model-assisted indicators. It does not authenticate an issuer, verify identity or ownership, prove fraud or forgery, establish whether content was AI-generated, infer deceptive intent, provide a consumer report, determine creditworthiness, recommend eligibility, or provide legal advice. Do not use a result as the sole basis for an approval, denial, accusation, or adverse action.

AI output limits

AI Deep Review output can be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, variable, refused, or unable to determine. Confidence describes the model's support for a reported observation, not fraud probability or a factual conclusion about a person or document. You must review the source file, consider benign explanations, and independently verify material facts before relying on an output.

Prohibited use

You may not use Ocolta to improve, test, or evade detection of forged or deceptive documents; submit files without authorization; interfere with the service; extract source beyond applicable law; misrepresent a result; or use the product to facilitate unlawful discrimination, surveillance, harassment, or fraud.

Your reports

A downloaded local report records what a particular ruleset observed in specific bytes at a point in time. An AI report records a model response to the submitted file and can vary. For 24 hours, Ocolta makes the normalized model-authored report and, for Deep Review+, its corroboration appendix recoverable while omitting the file bytes, deterministic scan, its derived combined assessment, and the scan's structured filename, type, size, and SHA-256 fields. The appendix can include model-extracted institution names, printed business addresses, domains or payroll descriptors, and public-source outcomes and URLs. Model-authored text and the appendix can still repeat information from the source document. Bounded maintenance clears the expired report payload while transaction and entitlement rows remain. Download the report before access ends. You are responsible for securing, interpreting, sharing, retaining, and deleting every downloaded report. No report replaces the source document or independent verification.

Purchases, consumed uses, and technical failures

The posted checkout total buys one AI Deep Review for one supported file. A completed, unable-to-determine, or safety-refused result consumes the purchase. To bound processing cost, each purchase permits at most two started model attempts: the initial attempt and one manually started retry after a technical failure. Stopping a request after upload or model processing begins may count as a started attempt. If the second attempt fails before returning a result, access is exhausted and you should contact hello@ocolta.com for purchase support. Payment processing fees may not be returned to Ocolta on a refund; statutory refund rights are not limited by these terms.

Service limits

Ocolta may apply or change request, file-size, page-count, availability, security, or access limits; refuse unsafe or unsupported requests; or restrict abusive use. A purchase does not promise a particular finding, confidence level, service level, or outcome.

Availability and changes

The public tools are provided as available and may change as coverage, rules, models, and security practices improve. Ocolta may restrict abusive use or stop offering a feature. Material deterministic-ruleset changes will use a new visible version.

Disclaimer and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the public tools and educational content are provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. You remain responsible for human review and consequential decisions.
